With more than 20 years of experience in energy and infrastructure, Mason has led over $500 million in transactions and played a key role in developing and modernizing energy systems.

In 2015, he founded Ashley Energy to acquire and revitalize the city’s district energy system, securing a 20-year partnership with the City of St. Louis and setting the stage for long-term impact. Today, Ashley Energy is now Centerstream, reflecting our broader vision for the future of sustainable energy.

Mason leads Centerstream’s work developing and operating sustainable, efficient, and resilient district energy systems.
